In order to protect our clients from credit card fraud and to protect your travel investment, Cruiserrific requires a signed credit card authorization and insurance waiver on file for each trip. These forms must be signed and returned at the time of deposit. We will not be able to release your travel documents until these forms are received in our office. Completed forms can be returned via fax or email.
